Kbox 200w: Battery flashing exclamation mark

Kbox 200w: Battery flashing exclamation mark

Postby Sosheep » Wed Jan 11, 2017 1:05 pm

Kbox 200w. Running it at 30W, .35ohms. I just put in brand new LG 3.7V 3000mah batteries that were fully charged on intellicharger i2. When I pop them in the kbox it shows 2 bars, after few hits becomes one bar and after an hr or so using it it runs out of battery. If I put it on USB charger at any point (from full charge, 2 bars, 1 bar) it charges with exclamation point and within one minute it starts to flash with exclamation point. But the battery does not charge at all on USB. I have even unscrewed to clean inside but nothing has fixed the issue. What should I do to fix this?

I can try that. but after one minute of plugging it in, the battery starts flashing constantly with exclamation mark and no longer seems to be charging.

Charged the battery for around 9 hrs last night, unplugged it and there were no bars and it wouldn't fire. Took out batteries and tired again, one bar, but when I fired it wouldn't and it went to no bars again.

The mark means the voltage of one of your batteries is very low, please change other battery test it,if it is the same, you can check with your dealer if in warranty period.

I just checked the volt on both batteries which is 4.17 on both. Any other recommendations?

I bought the mod a few months back and the shop is no longer in business. So does kangertech its self provide a warranty.
