Coils Recently Purchased

Postby Optimistic78 » Mon Dec 19, 2016 1:04 am

Hi. I recently purchased a box of Kanter Tech T3S Coils (TOCC) from A vapor bar at 10104 Topanga Cynthia Blvd Chatsworth, CA. I hadn't opened the box until last night. When I tried the first coil, it did not work so I trI'd another and that one did not work either. I tried a third one and it finally worked. These were ALL unused coils so they should have worked the first time. The must have been defective. Also, I have gone into this store MANY times to purchase Langer Tech coils and they have sold me a completely different box then the original boxes. I believe they are charging for Kanger Tech boxes and giving the customer a generic and much cheaper coil. I need to see what kind of resolution that I have for this and how this problem will be resolved. Thank you.

You can bring it back to your dealer for replacement together with receipt and package box.

How do you know when you need new coils? Is that when the metal flavor starts getting really bad?

You need to change coil when the flavour is not good or burnt.

Hello,
New here. I just bought 10 boxes of the T3S TOCC coils from FASTTECH. Let me first say I am very careful about what I buy from them and I have never received anything that was not authentic. I have used these coils for 14 months. The coils I received are shorter than my previous coils. The taste is not near as good as it was with my previous coils. They almost always flood and if I get 3 full days out of a coil I am lucky. I have always been able to get 2-3 weeks out of these coils. I vape at 6W. I do not sub ohm vape or any of that other stuff. I then went to the authentication page and put every single box in and they are ALL authentic. So I don't know what Kanger has done but they really need to fix it. They need to undo the changes they made and go back to what they had before. These are by far my favorite coil. I love the organic cotton. I started with Aspire and immediately changed when I discovered these. I am so disappointed. I quit smoking after 30 years by vaping and I am now down to no nicotine.
I hope they can tell us what happened.

Thank you for replying. I do know they have sold fake products. I have never had a problem before and all boxes come up on your site as authentic. All I am asking you is has there been a design change in the T3S TOCC coils? Shorter chimney etc? Thank you for your time.
