I keep getting Check Battery message. I have verified the batteries are charged but keep getting this message any suggestions?

Please check the discharge of battery over 30A,check the batery cover is clean and tight.
You can change your battery test it.

I have verified all of those things and still keep getting the Sam message. I actually have tried more than on battery to be sure.

You can bring it back to your dealer for help,if manufacturing issue,they can send it back to their distributor.

I keep getting the check battery notification. The problem appears to be that the door does not stay fully latched in position. If I hold the door everything is fine...actually great as I love the Cupti! However, holding the door closed while activating does make for some awkward hand positions!

Maybe the battery cover is not tight,you can bring it back to your dealer for replacement.

I got run around from my dealer gave up on it and purchased 2 different set ups. It's disappointing as I really enjoyed using it when it worked.
